From 3 years old, in our Tots programme. From there, classes are grouped by age right through to teens and adults — our guide to what age to start taekwondo walks through each stage.
Kids aged 3–14 start from $37.80 a lesson, and teens and adults from $45 a lesson. Registration (usually $100) and your first dobok (usually $80) are currently free when you enrol. Every rate is listed on our class fees page.
None at all. Most people who walk through our door have never trained before, and classes are grouped so that beginners learn alongside others at the same stage rather than being dropped into an advanced session.
Comfortable sports clothing and nothing else — you train barefoot, and you do not need a dobok for the trial. Your first uniform is free when you enrol.
